Hi, I'm Louis! I'm a Software Engineer and Musician from New York who is passionate about bridging creativity and technology. I recently graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Computer Science and a minor in Music Performance and Composition. My work includes everything from artificial intelligence research to developing websites and programs with user-centered designs, like this one which I built myself.

I took my first Computer Science class in my sophomore year of college and immediately became fascinated with how it could bridge many disciplines to solve complex problems. Since then, I've worked on a range of projects that combine technical innovation with creative expression: I achieved breakthroughs in the field of Automatic Drum Transcription, developed tools to assist other Princeton students with course selection, and worked on a chaotic music variation algorithm under the mentorship of Professor Diana Dabby of Olin College.

Besides Software Development, I'm also a drummer, songwriter, and music producer/recording engineer. At Princeton, I was the Percussion Section Leader for the Princeton University Orchestra, Stage Manager and drummer for the Princeton University Rock Ensemble, and drummer for both the Princeton Triangle Theater Club and Princeton University Players. These roles taught me to adapt quickly, communicate clearly, and stay organized under pressure - skills that directly impact my approach to problem-solving and collaboration as a developer.

I'm currently in the process of writing and producing my debut EP. Stay tuned for updates and new tracks!
